Welcome to Lampron. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including moving, storage, delivery, and packaging. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Services Description

Lampron provides professional moving, storage, delivery, and packaging services across Quebec and beyond. Our services include residential and commercial moving, short-term and long-term storage solutions, local and long-distance delivery, and professional packaging. The specific terms and scope of each service will be outlined in your individual service agreement or quote.

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Lampron. Payment terms will be specified in your service quote or agreement. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at the time of booking. A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Final payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled service date will receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service date may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations will forfeit the full deposit amount. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Liability and Insurance

Lampron carries liability insurance as required by law. Basic coverage is included with all services. Additional insurance coverage options are available for purchase at the time of booking. Claims for damage or loss must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Our liability is limited to the terms outlined in your service agreement and applicable insurance policy.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the items to be moved, stored, or delivered. You must ensure that all items are properly prepared for service as instructed. Hazardous materials, illegal items, and perishable goods are not accepted. You are responsible for securing appropriate parking and access for our vehicles and crew at both origin and destination locations.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to mediation before pursuing any other legal remedy. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the province of Quebec, Canada, and governed by the laws of Quebec.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
