How far in advance should I book my move?

We recommend booking 2–3 weeks ahead of your moving date, especially during peak season (May–September).

Do you provide packing supplies?

Yes — boxes, tape, bubble wrap and protective covers can be added to your quote.

How is the moving cost calculated?

Pricing is based on hourly labour, truck size, distance travelled and any add-ons such as packing or heavy items.

Are my belongings insured during the move?

Every booking includes basic liability coverage. Additional valuation coverage is available on request.

Do you handle long-distance or interprovincial moves?

Yes, we serve Quebec, Ontario and the Maritimes. Contact us for a custom long-distance quote.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Interac e-Transfer and cash on delivery.

Can I store items between moves?

Yes — our climate-controlled storage units are billed monthly and can be reserved through the same quote flow.

What if I need to reschedule?

You can reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before your booked slot from your customer dashboard.

Do you disassemble and reassemble furniture?

Yes, our movers handle disassembly and reassembly of beds, tables and most modular furniture.

How do I track my mover on moving day?

Once the team is on the way, you'll get a live-tracking link by email and inside your dashboard.

Are there extra charges for stairs or elevators?

A small per-floor adjustment is added when stairs are required or an elevator slows the loading window.
