This page presents our policies, our commitments to our customers and the conditions applicable to our services. By booking a service (moving, storage, packing or delivery), the customer accepts the provisions below.

1. Customer Journey And Digital Space

Each customer automatically has a secure customer area, created during the first estimate or reservation. All official documents (contracts, invoices, receipts, confirmations) are accessible at all times. The customer receives an email notification for each key step (confirmation, reminder, invoicing). The customer area allows you to manage and monitor your project from start to finish.

2. Contracts And Documents

A service contract is automatically generated with each reservation. This contract specifies the date, address, minimum duration, hourly rate and applicable conditions. Electronic documents have the same legal value as a paper version. All documents are available online and downloadable in the customer area.

3. Rates And Billing

Rates are established according to the type of service, the minimum duration and the applicable fees (e.g. 3 hours minimum + 1 hour travel time for a move). The initial payment is the booking fee, which is non-refundable. The price shown in the online estimate is an indication based on the information provided. The final amount invoiced always corresponds to the actual time worked, calculated according to the hourly rate in force at the date of service. Accepted payment methods include Interac, credit card, debit and cash. Electronic receipts and invoices are sent by email and accessible in the customer area.

4. Cancellation And Modification Of Reservation

Date change requests are only accepted if made at least 72 hours before the scheduled date of service. In the event of cancellation, the file is closed and the reservation fees remain forfeited. Any request must be made via the customer area or by contacting our team directly.

5. Responsibilities And Special Conditions

Our teams are committed to providing a professional, safe service that complies with current standards. The customer must prepare the premises (access, parking, goods packaged if necessary). Certain items are considered extras and require special care (objects heavy, bulky or fragile: pianos, safes, household appliances, etc.). These items may be subject to additional charges, clearly specified before service. The company holds an official transport permit (CTQ) and civil liability insurance.

6. Protection Of Personal Information

We only collect the information necessary for the management of the services (identity, contact details, addresses, payments, contractual documents). The data is used only to perform the services and ensure customer follow-up. They are hosted securely and accessible only to authorized persons. They are never sold or shared without consent, unless required by law. The customer may request access, rectification or deletion of their data by contacting us.
